This is a plastic pail with 22 lbs (dry weight) of Kalamata pitted extra large Greek olives. The olives are in brine, they do not need to be refrigerated and they can be kept in the brine for more than a year. These olives are absolutely delicious. They are cured and ready for serving. They can be used in salads, in pasta dishes, on pizza, as a side dish, to make tapenade, etc. There are approximately 201-230 olives per Kg. |
