  
Ingredients:1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 lbs Ground beef, 1/2 cup White wine, 1/2 cup Grated kefolotiri cheese, 1 pack of makaroni (approximately 1.0 lb), 2-3 Peeled and chopped tomatoes, 1 Finely chopped onion, 1 lb Tomato sauce, 1 clove chopped Garlic, Parsley chopped, Salt, Pepper, 4 tablespoons cake flour, 3 cups of milk, 2 beaten eggs.
Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan and saute the ground beef and onion until slightly browned. Add the tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Cover and cook over medium heat until the mixture has the consistency of a sauce; allow to cool.
Pre-cook the makaroni in hot water for five minutes. Drain the water.
Oil a baking pan and put in half the macaroni at the bottom. Cover with the meat sauce filling. Top with the remaining macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese.
Use the olive oil, flour, milk and eggs to make the white sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let the white sauce cool.
Cover the makaroni with the white cream. Sprinkle top with the rest of the cheese and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 20 minutes, cut into square pieces and serve.
