

Ingredients: 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 lb of lean ground beef, 1 cup Red wine, 4 Peeled and chopped tomatoes, 1 large Finely chopped onion, 1 lb Tomato sauce, 1 clove Chopped garlic, some chopped Parsley, Salt, Pepper, some Oregano
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute the ground beef and onion until slightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook over a low-medium heat for 45 minutes to one hour until it becomes thick. Stir occasionally and season to taste.
